Thick under brush makes up the rest of the location. Access Road goes through wet area in a bottom. I took pictures of location.

Access road is in good shape except at the steep part near the well, this area is starting to erode. I called Stan Holler at 9:30am and we discussed the restoration problems and the measures needed to correct them. Re: establish vegetative cover. Prevent erosion. Identify well and equip wells for production.
1142824302 2010-08-24 Production Wells No Violations Inspected site with Robert Stonerock South Region Supervisor. No identification. Restoration not complete. 1/4 of location is bare. Seed and mulch bare areas. Re-grade steep areas or replace eroded areas with soil then seed and mulch. Sediment fence is down in many spots and is not providing erosion control for the location. Sandy soil would benefit from new top soil being brought in. Stan Holler ( well owner) was on the lease during inspection. Robert and I talked to him in detail about corrective actions that need to be taken. We also discussed the tank battery and the dike drain which does not have a valve or other means to close the drain. The mechanical separator has a brine leak at the bottom of the separator at the 2 90 ELL. No identification on the tank.

1537852519 2009-10-08 Preliminary Restoration Violations Noted Substantial erosion on steep areas of location. Bare areas with no vegetative cover. No identification. No production equipment or production lines. I called and talked to Stan holler Well owner and went over the violations and that he needs to re grade the eroded areas and establish vegetative cover on entire location. Stan asked to be allowed to install the id while they do the production lines. I agreed as long as it happens soon.
1636744673 2009-02-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Pit liners are still in place. Site is wet and muddy. Access road needs diversion ditch and water bars. Burned trash in two barrels is located on site. I have asked both Stan Holler (well owner) and Gerald Smith (tool pusher for Kilbarger drilling) to stop burning trash. Took pictures of the site and trash. This site is on ODNR Wildlife property. I told Stan to have the trash hauled and put in dumpster near access road.
