0982905364 | 2017-03-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the date of my inspection I found 6.5 inch casing swedged down to 2.375 inches inside of an approximately 12 inch riveted conductor pipe. The 6.5 inch casing is broken off approximately 2.5 feet below ground surface and the 12 inch conductor is partially collapsed. Both casings are open to the atmosphere. The well is located in the middle of a corn field and appears to have been hit by machinery. There is no identification near the well or associated production equipment. This well is listed as having a historic owner in RBDMS and has no production records. |
