0075949867 2018-05-24 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a wellhead equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing and rods. There is no pumping unit onsite. Production equipment includes a 210 barrel steel tank. Tubing is plumbed directly to tank. No identification is posted on the wellhead or tank. An identification tag is located on the power pole adjacent to the wellhead. Production records are current, with zero production shown since 2010. Left Bob Stryker a voicemail about plugging the well. Plugging permit expires in 9/2019. Bob Stryker returned my call and plans on plugging well this summer.
0174630116 2017-07-31 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found a wellhead equipped with rods, 2.375 inch tubing, and 4.5 inch casing, with no pumping unit. There is a 2.375 inch production line that runs directly from the tubing to the tank. There are no valves on the tubing to shut the well in. No identification is posted on the wellhead or tank. An identification tag is located on the power pole adjacent to the wellhead. Production records are current, with no production since 2010. I called the contact number listed in RBDMS and left a message requesting a call back to discuss the path forward for the wells owned by Robert Striker in Jefferson County.
0816202566 2015-02-13 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found the production equipment to include a 210bbl tank. The well is equipped with rods, 2.375 inch tubing, and 4.5 inch casing. There is no pumping unit on location. There is a 2 inch line that runs from the well up to the tank. Production has not been reported since 2010. Identification is present on the electric pole. Weather conditions are mid-teens with one inch of snow on the ground.
1387817302 2013-12-23 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that there was a 210bbl tank. The well was equipped with 6.25 inch casing, 3.5 inch casing, 2 inch tubing, rods and no pumping unit. No identification was present and records were provided to the state but no production was shown in 2011 and 2012. I made phone call to Robert E. Striker and advised him of findings and requested a follow-up phone call. He returned phone call and he stated that identification would be in place and that a decision on the well would be made by March on the future of the well.
