0374057928 2014-02-13 Production Wells No Violations On the day on my inspection following up from November 12, 2013, I witnessed that the well was capable of production and equipped with 7 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing, rods, pumping unit, 100bbl tank, brine vault, a horizontal separator and a sales meter with a .500 inch orifice. The well remains shut in with all valves closed at the wellhead and separator. Identification is present and Stonebridge Operating Co. has updated production records for 2012. The Columbia Gas tap has not been completed.
0958630915 2016-08-18 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found the tank battery to include one properly identified 100 barrel tank, horizontal separator, and a production meter box with an old chart within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing and 4.5 inch casing. The tubing and casing valves are in the closed position. The production records are current with zero production since 2013.

1517209156 2015-04-01 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found production equipment to include a 100bbl tank, a concrete brine vault, and a horizontal separator within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 1.5 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 7 inch casing. All valves on the well head are in closed position. At the time of my inspection, the dike was overflowing with fluid. I field titrated the fluid for chlorides and found the water to be free of chlorides. I called the Stonebridge phone number provided in RBDMS because the one on the tank went to a fax machine. I informed the receptionist that I wanted the dike to be pumped out as soon as possible in case there is any other contamination. I requested that a Stonebridge representative contact me for more information about the well being shut in. Production reporting is current; however, there was zero production reported for 2013. I received a call back from a Stonebridge representative stating that a vacuum truck would be there in the afternoon.

1623758073 2013-05-03 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found a fenced location for both the tank battery and the well site. The well is a pump jack style well and is contained by a dike. The tank battery contains one 100 barrel production tank, a separator and a 50 barrel concrete brine vault with a dike surrounding the battery. The dike contained a large amount of water inside of it, I tested the water for chloride with my quantabs and no chlorides were found in the water. I informed the pumper to have the dike pumped clear to prevent any contamination should a spill occur. There are no violations at this time.
