A 2.375 inch line ties into the tubing and is open after a 90 degree bend. A 2.375 inch line with a corroded ball valve ties into the 4.5 inch casing and runs towards a vertical separator 5 yards away. The flowline is not connected to the separator. A 100 barrel tank is located within 10 yards of the wellhead and has a blue plastic knockout drum on top. The 3 inch load line opening in the bottom of the tank is open and the ground around the tank is stained. There is no identification on the wellhead or tank. The crude oil hauling number on the tank is 07192. Some flowline debris and PVC pipe pieces are scattered around the area. The owner is listed as Pleasant Hill Oil Corporation who last filed production records in 1993. This well has two previous NOVs (NOV-850102978 & NOV-1077180571) which have not been remedied. |
