1354821680 | 2012-12-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found a well maintained lease road leading up to a 210 barrel production tank, a 100 barrel brine tank and a horizontal separator contained in a dike. The well has a pump jack located on it. There are no violations at this time. |
1390048156 | 2016-08-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the date of my inspection I found the tank battery to include one properly identified 210 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, and a meter box without a chart. The tank has a hole in the wall approximately 8 feet above the ground and brine is dripping from a pipe coming out of the bottom of the 210 barrel tank (more than 600 ppm Chloride). The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing and 8.625 inch casing. Both the tubing and casing valves are in the off position. Pressure gauges on the lines indicate approximately 460 pounds per square inch. Pictures were taken. I spoke with Rick Huffman with Eric Petroleum who indicated the well is shut in and the tank is scheduled to be replaced. He also indicated that gas is intermittently sold to Columbia gas via a separate sales line. |
1393937904 | 2008-01-31 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Change of owner inspection. Inspection revealed that the new owner identification has been posted. No violations at this time. Also the preliminary restoration can be approved at this time. |
1473769563 | 2016-09-13 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the date of this follow up inspection to the inspection on 8/9/16, I found a new 100 barrel tank in place of the previous deteriorated 210 barrel tank. The new tank has proper identification. |
1496839698 | 2017-06-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the date of my inspection I found the production equipment to include one 100 barrel tank with proper identification, a horizontal separator, a drip, and a meter box without a chart. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing, and 4.5 inch casing. 2.375 inch production line ties into both the tubing and casing. Both the tubing and casing valves are open. A pressure gauge on the tubing reads 200 pounds per square inch. Per previous conversations with Eric Petroleum, the gas is intermittently sold to Columbia gas via a separate sales line. Production records are up to date. |
