I will check back next week and make an additional phone call to Range Resources regarding the well. |

The well is located down the junkyard road and has a pumpjack located on it. It is surrounded by fencing. The landowner complained that the well has not produced and he has not received any royalty checks. RBDMS records show only 30 days of production in 2008. The well is currently not produceable as a production line has been severed. Range Resources has stated Chesapeake Energy has purchased this well, but Chesapeake has stated they have only purchased the lease land. RBDMS currently has Range Resources as the owner. Range Resources needs to either file the proper well owner transfer documents and submit production numbers with the state. Or make the well capable of commercial production within 45 days; or plugging is required within 120 days. Failure to comply may result in Forfeiture of Bond. |

Site meets requirements of ORC 1509.072B for final restoration. |
