0112366989 2016-08-03 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and cementing of 20 inch conductor casing. Express Energy Services drilled a 24 inch diameter hole to a depth of 124 feet and ran 123 feet of 20 inch diameter conductor casing. Express Energy Services established circulation with fresh water, then pumped 230 sacks of class A cement, 1.18 yield, 15.6 pound per gallon. I witnessed good cement returns to surface, cement maintained a static level.
1116140632 2018-03-26 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad containing two properly labeled wells. Surface and intermediate annular pressures read 0 and 86 psi, respectively. Production equipment includes two sand seperators, two GPUs, and two 400 barrel steel tanks, within their own steel containment. Production records are up to date. Pad is stable and vegetated. Site meets requirements on ORC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration
1476973261 2016-10-20 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site to witness the running and cementing of 13.375 inch surface casing. Nomac Rig 80 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to a depth of 661 feet and set 650 feet of 13.375 inch 54 pound per foot casing. Schlumberger established circulation with fresh water, pumped 600 sacks of class A cement, 1.21 yield and 15.6 pound per gallon. Approximately 20 barrels of good quality cement returned to surface. The wiper plug landed and pressure was increased to approximately 1000 pounds per square inch (psi) over pump pressure, the casing held approximately 1330 psi for 5 minutes.
