0911588647 | 2018-09-12 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton Frac crew on location. I identifed myself to company men Dominic Santos and Gerold Reynolds. During my inspection, they are pumping on stage 2 of this well. Plug was set at 17963, bottom perforation was at 17951, and top perforation was at 17810. Casing was perforated with 5 guns with 6 shots on 35 foot spacing. Intermediate annular pressure is 408 psi. Current treating pressure is 11213 psi. Break down pressure was 8350 at 25 barrels per minute. They just began pumping sand. They plan to pump approximately 60000 lbs of 100 mesh and 170000 lbs of 40/70 mesh for a total of 230000 lbs. 1000 gallons of 7.5% HCl was pumped. Did not site entire stage. Above ground storage tank on location. |
1062206996 | 2018-09-18 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Halliburton frac crew on location. This well is on stage 18. Stage 18 frac plug is at 15131, bottom perforation at 15119, and top perforation at 14978. Intermediate annualr pressure is 806 psi. Surface gauge not viewed as there was pressure on the lines for frac. |
1112284075 | 2018-11-05 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain three wells that have been stimulated and drilled out. Identified myself to company man Jordie Bernard. They are preparing the wells for flowback and plan to start wednesday. Surface annular pressure gauge valves were not open. |
1262571452 | 2019-04-25 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed this pad to contain three properly labeled, producing wells. This well is producing through the 5.5 inch diameter casing. This well is producing from each side of the wellhead. Production equipment includes six sand seperators, three GPUs, three line heaters, gas buster, and two 500 barrel steel tanks, in their own containment. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 195 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 635 psi. Pad slopes are stable and vegetated except for pipeline right of way which is no fully vegetated. Site meets requirements of 1509.072 (A) for preliminary restoration. |
1290314962 | 2018-07-31 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 had reached total depth of 8412 on the 12.25 inch diameter section. Wyoming Casing was running 9.625 inch diameter casing, 40#/ft, HCL- |
1365776352 | 2018-08-14 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 drilling a 12.25 inch diameter hole on air. ID to company man Russ White. Operator is having issues getting the correct tangent. Proposal calls for 16 degrees and their last survey showed 12 degrees. There is no issues with possible collison just not reaching their target area. They will perform one more survey prior to deciding whether to continue drilling or trip out of hole for a different motor. Current depth is 5845 and they are still in the Oriskany but on the other two wells of pad the Salina came in around 5600. The also have 1800 units of gas and a sustained flare which they did not see on previous wells. Projected total depth for this section is 8300. |
1525931755 | 2018-10-02 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain three wells that have been stimulated. Halliburton frac crew has moved off of the location leaving behind an above ground storage tank, several frac tanks, and miscellaneous equipment. Surface annular pressure is 200 psi and intermediate annular is 850 psi. Well has not had frac plugs drilled out. |
1533734587 | 2018-08-08 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 795 skidding off of this well. ID to Company man Russ White. This well was drilled to a total depth of 18228. Last night Schlumberger cemented the 5.5 inch diameter 21#/ft casing with 3498 sacks of class H cement, 1.0 yield 15.6 ppg. |
