0242824695 2018-12-18 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Hybrid R252 on location drilling out frac plugs. The rig has drilled the plugs out of this well. Surface annular pressure gauge reads 0 and intermediate annular gauge reads 500. Production equipment includes five GPUs, five line heaters, two sand traps, and two 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment.
0246257735 2018-05-09 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 100 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. CJs was onsite with 365 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50 percent excess ran. Mix water tested 70 degrees Fahrenheit, pH of 7 and 39 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 75 barrels of fresh water. No cement returned to surface. Cement tagged at 32 feet with 10 feet of water on top. CJ ran 40 feet of 1 inch diameter tubing and pumped another 100 sacks. Water displaced out of hole into unconsolidated material. Cement tagged at 27 feet. Casing will be grouted to surface tomorrow morning. Drillers hit water at 30 feet below surface and unmined rock at 40 feet.
0553702134 2018-07-11 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the 9.625 inch diameter second stage cement job. Patterson 584 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to 8789 feet and wyoming casing ran 8785 feet of 9.625 inch diameter, 40 lb/ft, l-80 casing with a 4.4 foot stick up. Shoe track is 85.6 feet long. DV tool set at 4550 feet. Hole loaded with 12 ppg oil base mud. Pumped on the first stage which I did not witness: 30% excess open hole, 45 barrels of mud push spacer 13 ppg, 150.6 barrels of 13.5 ppg lead cement, 179.3 barrels of 15.6 ppg tail cement. Returns were 45 barrel of spacer and 39 barrels of cement weighing 12 ppg. Second stage pumped 40 barrels of 13 ppg mudpush and 311.8 barrels of 15.6 class A cement with 1.19 yield. 35% excess in open hole. 13.375 inch diameter casing, 61#/ft, j-55, set at 1392 feet. Returns were 40 barrels of spacer and 40 barrels of cement weighing 14.3 ppg. Schlumberger was cement contractor.
0556687509 2018-07-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 584 drilling an 8.75 inch diameter hole at 15648 feet. Drilling with 14.3 ppg oil base mud. Kick off point 9186 and landing point was 10730. Planned total depth is 18720. Walk around pad revealed no issues with containment.
0560978032 2018-11-05 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad to contain five wells. Identified myself to company man Chuck Davies. Stimualtion is completed on this well. Surface annular pressure was 0 and intermediate annular was 450.
0797953058 2018-11-15 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. This well has been stimulated. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure is 390.
0888980579 2018-10-22 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location tied into the 2h, 4h, and 6h wells. Identified myself to Company men Chris Nunez and Justin. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate is 500. This well is on frac stage 47/47. This final stage has plug set at 10428, bottom perforation at 10417, and top perforation at 10276. This stage has not been stimulated. They are catching up on the 4h and 6h.
0980644813 2018-05-10 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision add 14 yards of 9 sack grout to the back side of the casing to bring cement to surface. Only one truck hauling cement (round tripping) for all three top out jobs.
1530625592 2018-07-02 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found Patterson 584 was walking the rig from the 4H well to the 2H well.
