0135904304 | 2018-10-02 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I identified myself to Company Man Bub Ruckert. Universal frac crew is beginning to move onto location this date. Currently trucks are bringing water in to fill the above ground storage tank. Surface and intermediate annular pressure gauges read 400 psi. I told Mr. Ruckert to continue to moniter these pressures and notify me if they appear connected. |
0909158545 | 2018-08-22 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Xtreme 802 had reached total depth of 23110 feet on 8-17. ID to company man Heath and Superintenant James McGee. Over the weekend they laid down drill pipe and when they went to set casing there was gas on the well. There was too much pressure to go back in with drill pipe so they contacted Boots n Coots who then adivsed then the lubricate and bleed the well. They did this for approximately 30 hours with no success. Currently Schlumberger is onsite bullheading the well with 15 ppg oil base mud at 1 barrel per minute. A phone call later in this afternoon indicated that the well was killed and they were tripping drill pipe back into the well to do a clean up run. |
1260184501 | 2018-07-31 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Xtreme 802 is preparing to skid the rig over this well. Company man Heath is hoping to spud the surface section tomorrow morning and the surface cement job should be Thursday night or Friday morning. It appears that there is some hydraulic oil inside of the containment beneath the catwalk. Company man Heath was notified to get this cleaned up. |

1365115893 | 2018-10-22 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found a Universal frac crew on location. They are tied into both wells. Universal is preparing to stimulate stage 46/78. Plug is at 15136, bottom perforation is at 15125, and top perforation is at 14985. Stage design calls for 230000 lbs of sand and 1000 gallons of 7.5% HCl. Identified myself to company men Wendall Braddy and William Bowman. Surface annular pressure is 300 and intermediate is 500. |
1493588390 | 2019-04-25 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed this pad to contain two properly labeled, producing wells. This well is producing through the 5.5 inch diameter casing. This well is producing from each side of the well head. Production equipment includes four sand seperators, two GPUs, two line heaters, gas buster, and two 500 barrel steel tanks, in their own containment. Six FTS trucks remain on location . The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 283 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 517 psi. Pad slopes are stable and vegetated except for pipeline right of way which is not fully vegetated. Site meets requirements of 1509.072 (A) for preliminary restoration. |
