0264490629 | 2018-12-18 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Akita 803 drilling an 8.5 inch diameter hole at 19275 feet. Company man Van Dietrich said they are using a 12.3 ppg mud weight. Estimated total depth is 24044 feet. There was a small flare burning during my inspection. |
0552056947 | 2019-01-28 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. Wireline has set stage 34 frac plug at 18161. The bottom perfs are at 18150 and the top perfs are at 18010. Intermediate annular pressure is 725. |
0688079095 | 2019-01-22 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location. Wireline set stage 23 plug at 20086, with bottom perfs at 20075 and top perfs at 19934. They are currently pumping on the 1H well. Intermediate annular pressure is 1005. |
0757732216 | 2019-02-13 | Completion Testing | No Violations | The day of inspection revealed that Halliburton service company has fraced 66 stages at the depth of 12,561 feet. The intermediate casing annulus pressure is at 600 psi and the surface annulus pressure is at 0 psi. |
1157980418 | 2018-12-03 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Akita 803 tripping out of the hole due to bit failure. They have drilled their 12.25 inch diameter hole to a depth of 7621. They have approximately 60 feet left to drill through the Clinton formation. Estimated total depth on this section is 8510. They had to back ream in the newburg from 6737 to 6601 because the hole was tight. Company man Matt Miller said they were not making any gas or water during drilling but the hole is potentially making water now and he wont know until they trip back in to finish drilling this section. They are planning on cementing the 9.625 inch diameter casing on Wednesday. |
1159552382 | 2019-03-12 | Completion Testing | No Violations | The inspection revealed that the well is currently completed on the drill-out and is awaiting a snubbing unit to run production tubing. The surface annulus pressure is at 0 psi and the intermediate annulus pressure is at 900 psi. |
1344278605 | 2019-01-16 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found a Halliburton frac crew on location, They are tied into all three wells on the pad (1, 3, and 5). Stage 18 on this well is the next stage for wireline. Plug will be set at 20961, with bottom perfs at 20949 and top perfs at 20802. Stage design is 350000 lbs of sand. Intermediate annular pressure is 800 psi. |
1534981991 | 2018-08-22 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 200 feet and a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to 1470 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming casing ran 1464 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot with 4 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 13 centralizers. Shoe track is 43.5 feet long. CJ/Otex was onsite with 1720 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 216 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 68 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back to truck. |
