0943990031 | 2018-10-03 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | PAD ADDRESS: 1646 CR 23 Bloomingdale. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. CJ/Otex was onsite with 315 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 50 percent excess ran. Mix water tested 68 degrees Fahrenheit, pH of 6.5 and 31 ppm chlorides. Cement was displaced with 72 barrels of fresh water. 12 barrels of cement returned to surface. |
1250697415 | 2019-04-10 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed this location is being prepped for frac. There is a disassembled aboveground storage tank onsite and several frac tanks. All wells on location have frac stacks on. 13.375x 9.625 annular pressure is zero and 9.625 x 5.5 annular pressure is 500 psi. |
1309914202 | 2019-04-22 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed FTS frac crew on location. They are tied into the 2h and 4h wells. They have not pumped a stage on this pad yet. They are currently finishing up with containment. Toe sleeves on this well are open and surface iron pressure tested to 12500 psi. There is an above ground storage tank for fresh water and twelve 350 barrel steel tanks for produced water, in their own containment. |
1536343075 | 2019-05-02 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a FTS crew on location. Stage 41 screened off this morning. They are currently doing an injection test. Stage 41 plug set at 17497, with bottom perforation at 17486 and top perforation at 17345. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was not viewed and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 1000 psi. Stage screened off with 400 left to pump. Break down pressure was 8610 psi. Maximum rate was 85.9 barrels per minute (BPM) and average rate was 82.7 bpm. Maximum pressure was 13216 psi and average pressure was 11023 psi. they pumped 3000 gallons of 7.5% HCl acid, 42120 lbs of 100 mesh sand, 187820 lbs of 30/70 mesh sand, 3680 barrels of clean water, and 1114 barrels of produced water.
