0332017925 | 2019-04-11 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the two stage intermediate casing cement job. Pioneer 77 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 9026 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1627 feet. Wyoming casing ran 9020 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, hcl-80, 40 lbs/foot, with 4 foot stick up. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 90.66 feet long. DV tool set at4990 with packer at 4993 feet. CJ/Otex was onsite with 560 sacks of class A lead cement and 685 sacks of class A tail cement for the first stage. Lead cement weighed with mudscale at 14 ppg and yield of 1.35. Tail cement weighed with mudscale at 15 ppg and yield of 1.16. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 677 barrels of oil base mud. 50 barrels of 13.5 ppg spacer pumped ahead of cement. Plug landed and floats held. Packer was inflated and DV tool open to pump second stage. CJ/Otex pumped 50 barrels of 13.5 ppg spacer and 1790 sacks of class A tail cement. Tail cement weighed with mudscale at 15.3 ppg and yield of 1.11. Cement displaced with 379 barrels of oil based mud. 20% excess ran in open hole. 50 barrels of cement returned to surface. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet. |
0886678488 | 2019-02-25 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Cement was 20 feet down on the backside of the 24-inch diameter conductor. Precision Rathole arrived on location and filled the backside of the conductor from 20 feet to surface with nine sack grout. The cement stayed at surface. Precision Rathole will wait on cement to cure prior to spudding the mousehole. |
1241756750 | 2019-04-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Pioneer 77 drilling a 12.25 inch diameter hole at 7925 feet. Estimated total depth of this section is 9000 feet. Company man Ralph Dupois believes they should be cementing 9.625 inch diameter casing later in the week. |
1408720770 | 2019-04-02 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Pioneer 77 drilled a 22 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 341 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 24 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet ground level. Wyoming casing ran 334 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stick up. Shoe track is 23 feet long. Cement baskets were set at 264 and 266 feet. A void was encountered at 280-295 feet. CJ/Otex was onsite with 585 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. Cement displaced with 95 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. No cement returned to surface. Rig ran 1 inch diameter tubing down backside to 140 feet. 20 barrels of cement pumped down backside and cement returned to surface. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet. |
1551707114 | 2019-02-24 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Precision Rathole drilled a 30-inch diameter borehole to 100 feet in depth and installed a 24-inch diameter conductor casing with welded joints. The conductor weighed 94.62 pounds per foot. Water was encountered during the drilling process. During my inspection a pre-job safety meeting was held with all personnel on location. Petroset cementing rigged up on location, pumped 250 sacks of class A cement with 2 percent calcium chloride, and displaced with 47 barrels of fresh water. Cement returns were not established but cement top was visible at a measured depth of 20 feet from surface. |
1554417400 | 2019-04-04 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Pioneer 77 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1637 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string to a depth of 331 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 1630.6 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with 3.6 foot stick up. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 44 feet long. CJ/Otex was onsite with 1190 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.22. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 241 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 41 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 14.9 ppg, and floats held with 1.5 barrels back. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet. |
1559830849 | 2019-06-06 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Halliburton frac crew on location tied into the Creamer 2H and 4H wells. Wireline is setting plug and perforations for stage 50/50. Stage 50 plug set at 10505 feet, with bottom perforation at 10492 feet and top perforation at 10352 feet. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 200 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 650 psi. |
