0484248963 2019-05-07 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 580 has reached a total depth of 24351 feet with an 8.5 inch diameter hole. Mud weight is 11.8 ppg. Costys is on location running production casing. This production string is a split string. The curve and lateral portion of the casing is 5.5 inch diameter, p-110, and 20#/ft, ran from 21417 to 9292 feet. From 9292 to surface, they ran 5.5 inch diameter casing, cyp, and 23 #/ft. 9.625 inch diameter casing was set at 1988 feet. The 8.75 inch diameter hole was drilled to 8255 feet. Kick off point was 8375 feet and curve was landed at 9353 feet. All depths are based off of a 25 foot rig KB. Halliburton will be onsite late tonight to cement this string.
1021116624 2019-03-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations PAD ADDRESS: 2455 Township road 218, Richmond. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express Energy attempt to top out this well. On 3/23 they pumped 214 sacks of cement and there were no returns to surface. Today they tagged cement at 70 feet and ran 1 inch diameter tubing to 70 feet. Express pumped an additional 157 sacks of top out cement. The fluid stopped rising in the wellbore and pumping was halted. Express then finished top out by dumping 3 yards of 9 sack grout down the backside.
