0044499456 2016-09-13 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found a wellhead equipped with a pumping unit, rods, tubing and 4.5 inch casing. The tubing valve is open and connected to a one inch poly line. There are visible gas bubbles coming out from around the rods and a gas leak can be heard near the casing. The tank battery is made up of an earthen dike surrounding one 210 barrel tank, one 100 barrel brine tank and a vertical separator. The battery is shared with at least 5 other wells (6-1608, 2-0271, 6-1666, 6-1658, and 2-0338). Fluid is leaking from the brine tank. Identification is present and production records have not been updated since 2012. Beucler Bros Inc are listed as the owners at the tank battery and the wellhead. I contacted Louis Beucler about the gas and brine tank leaks, he indicated that he would be down later today to correct the issues.

1195024558 2015-01-28 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found that the production equipment for the well was also shared by at least five other wells according to the identification on the tanks. The production equipment consisted of a 210bbl steel tank, a 100bbl steel tank, and a vertical separtor within an earthen dike. I found the well to be equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 1.5 inch tubing, and 5.5 inch casing. The identification on the well and tanks show that the owner is Beucler Brothers. ODNR Inspector Doug Bennett was in contact with the company in November of 2013 attempting to have the company register the wells. I will attempt to follow up with the company and our central office to address the ownership of the well.
