Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1351187203 2012-10-25 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found an old pumpjack well near the driveway of the residence. The well is being pumped into steel barrels on the residence. There is no known owner of the well, or who is currently pumping the well. Pictures were taken to document the production of the well. I knocked on the door of the residence but no one was home and I left contact information to try to gather more information on the well.
1476881281 2016-10-19 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found a wellhead equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2 inch tubing, 6.25 inch casing, and a one inch gas venting line running down beside the tubing. A 1 inch poly line is connected to the 1 inch steel line and runs into a drum then into the landowners home. The landowner indicated that the line runs into the house and was used to supply the home with natural gas before he purchased the home in 1995. No identification is present at the wellhead. It is listed as having a historic owner in RBDMS. There are no production records. There is an old 100 barrel tank 25 yards from the wellhead.
