| 1536336336 | 2012-02-28 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | An inspection was conducted with Mr. Rodney Davidson, a pumper for an alleged non-registered well owner, Ms. Patty Dean. During the inspection, it was noted that this well was idle. The well was equipped with a pumping unit (brake failure) and engine, but does not produce oil or gas. Furthermore, this well did not contain a tank and has since been removed. A GPS reading was obtained for the well. Identification was not observed at the well (Explained this requirement to Mr. Davidson in the field). Currently, listed as Historical Owner, RBDMS records show no statements of production. The well locations were researched and verified with Central Office. This case will be referred to West Region Oil & Gas Supervisor, Mr. Will Ziegler. |
