| Original Spud | 1979-07-30 | Hi Dave,
The next time you are in the area, please check this well out. This is a low priority but the well has either been plugged or has been idle for probably 20 years. Our records show that it was drilled in 1979 and the company applied to plug it in 1983. However, we do not have any record that this well has been plugged. It could of been and the plugging report was not submitted. Or, the well has just been sitting there. There have not been any production reports filed for it. Anyway, that's why I am asking. Thanks, Mike 6-11-04 I did inspection (June 21,2004) on the well you had inquired about re: old plug report. It appears that it was plugged. There was no sign of well in the hay field. The farmer did mention seeing old casings at one point in time but not in the vicinity of PN 2639. I filled out Final Restoration for this permit. Thanks, Dave Crow |

| 0944277689 | 2004-06-21 | Final Restoration | No Violations | Spoke with current homeowner at the old Noland residence who indicated the farm had been sold. Spoke with current owner of field where well was located. He indicated that they have been farming the field and that no well has been noted in that vicinity, so it appears as though the well had been plugged. (Hay was being cut during the inspection today). |
