0498846255 2011-04-08 Production Wells Violations Noted FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1302630727 I inspected the well location due to a complaint called in by landowner Jim Miller. The complainant was concerned about the loud noise of the compressor unit and a gas odor that was noticed with an east wind. The inspection revealed that there is a capable and producing gas well with a compressor unit running. The unit is making an unusually loud noise due to a possible bad bearing in the motor. There was a slight gas odor, however the gas meter showed no levels of any gas. There was a 5 mph wind and the weather was overcast. There is no form of identification posted at the wellhead. I spoke with well owner, Dick Poling on the phone with these concerns. He said that he would give immediate attention to resolve these issues.
0990468517 2011-04-11 Production Wells No Violations I inspected the well location today in order to see if there were any changes in the well status since Friday, April 8. There still shows no levels of gas on the gas meter. There is no noticeable odor in the air either. The compressor is not running. Weather: cloudy with 5 mph winds.
