0585169910 2005-04-22 Production Wells No Violations Inspection with Jeff Fry. Berea well remains incapable of production with no motor on the pump jack. NOV is outstanding for the well not being capable of production and for no ID. Chiefs Order that was issued to David Blubaugh is also outstanding for not having proper bond. Pictures were taken during inspection today.
1150135157 2006-06-12 Production Wells No Violations Well has been placed back into production. Lines have been trenched and buried to tanks. Contacted David Blubaugh re: cleaning up small amount of oil in dike area with saw dust. He also indicated he will finish grading the trenched areas after the soil has settled properly. Spoke with landowner Rich Loney while on site.
