1805678699 2015-06-18 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The well is equipt with a motor and a pumping unit and appears to be capable of production. All drilling equiptment and debris has been removed from the well site and pits have been filled. Wellhead is located in a field and valves were open at the time of inspection. Vegetation surrounding the well head has been restored. Identification can be found both at the wellhead and the tank battery. The tank battery consists of four 100 barrel tanks and a 1000 gallon plastic tank within an earthen dike. This tank battery is shared with several other producing wells in the area. Preliminary restoration passes.
