1223477822 2008-10-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Drillers had a crooked hole after surface casing was mudded on 9/16/08. They had to add material to hole and re-drill hole. New drilling depth is approx. 550 ft today. Inspection with Jeff Fry.
1224794857 2008-10-23 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Drilling for Berea did not produce so well was plugged. Clay was used to plug entire hole today from 740 ft (TD) to surface. Surface casing had been cemented in so it was not retrieved during plugging.

Casing needs to be cut down and an ID plate welded on to it. The area around the casing will need to be graded and seeded once the casing is covered over.
