He informed me that the bit on the tubing has locked up in the casing as it was being pulled out. Great White was working on getting the bit out of the well during inspection.

Plug job was complete by the end of the day.

1335583318 2012-04-26 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I witnessed plug-back operations today. The 8.75 wellbore was cemented from a depth of 3951-2498, in two stages, through 4.5 drill pipe. Balance plugs, wait on cement 4 hours (WOC) and verified cement top prior to setting the second plug.

The first log consisted of CCL with junk basket and 4.5 gauge ring ran to 3792. The second log was a Radial Bond Log (Free Pipe@ 360 degrees) with 3, 5 and 8 sectors. All logs were performed under 0 psi.

Completion foreman Bryan Hoeflein was on location for Devon Energy. Great White Energy Services was on location with a coiled tubing rig. I witnessed Great White perforate the 5.5 production casing with the coiled tubing rig.

Mercer Well Service ran approximately 2,725 feet of 2.88 tubing into well. Plug job was delayed as O-Tex pump truck broke down prior to pumping cement. Job rescheduled for 12/6/2012.
