| 0295457770 | 2012-02-28 | Production Wells | No Violations | An inspection of the well and related tank battery was conducted with Mr. Rodney Davidson, a pumper for an alleged well owner, Ms. Patty Dean. At this time, Ms. Dean is not a registered well owner with the Division. During the inspection, it was noted that this Clinton well made casing gas and was equipped with production equipment such as, a pumping unit, engine, and belts. The valves were observed open on both the casing and pumping tee sides of the well. This well was routed to a shared (1) 100 bbl tank (no knockout) with P#636 and P#887. A 100 bbl tank near this well location contained a hole in bottom and was not in use. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and tank. Identification was not observed at the well or tank (Explained this requirement to Mr. Davidson in the field). The well locations were researched and verified with Central Office. Mr. Davidson referred to this well as the Floyd Davidson #2. Due to no well location in RBDMS, a permit number was assigned to this well and now referred to as Lawrence Moran #4. This case will be referred to West Region Oil & Gas Supervisor, Mr. Will Ziegler. |
