0568842939 | 2012-02-21 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | This well is equipped with a plunger lift system, is shut in and no reported production has been reported since 1993. The production casing is 3 and the well is leaking at the wellhead. There is a clamp on the 3 casing from a previous repair. The tank battery is equipped with one 210 barrel production tank, one 50 barrel, half buried, brine tank and a separator. No domestic supply noted during inspection. |

1418395062 | 2014-12-12 | Orphan | No Violations | I inspected this well location of this well for status update purposes. The well and battery are located in an open field along US Route 20, behind a former farmstead. The elements consist of a wellhead with a mechanical plunger lift system and a battery with 1 210-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. Visible casing at the wellhead consist of 8 5/8-inch surface casing, 3.5-inch production casing, and 1 7/8-inch tubing. The various elements show significant corrosion and lack of maintenance. Valves at the wellhead are closed but there is gas leaking from the 3.5-inch to 1 7/8-inch reduction flange. Areas around the well elements are overgrown with tall grass, brushy vegetation, and a few small trees. Areas beyond consist of undeveloped and agricultural property. The former access road is overgrown and not identifiable. |
1452272133 | 2016-01-05 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of an evaluation of current site conditions. The well and battery are located in an open field along Route 20, behind a former farmstead. At the time of this inspection, the following elements were present: a wellhead with visible 8 5/8-inch surface casing, 3.5-inch production casing, and plunger lift system. There was gas leaking from the 3.5-inch to 1 7/8-inch reduction flange. There was a battery with one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel steel brine tank that is partially buried, and separator unit. The various elements show significant corrosion and lack of maintenance. Areas in and around the well elements are overgrown with tall grass, brushy vegetation, and a few small trees. Areas beyond consist of undeveloped and agricultural property. The former access road is overgrown and not identifiable. To date, the owner of record has not responded to attempts to contact them. Liability insurance coverage has lapsed. |
1489000566 | 2017-03-07 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of an evaluation of current site conditions. The well and battery are located in an open field along Route 20, on an otherwise undeveloped parcel. 1495459989 | 2017-05-18 | Orphan | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with 8.625 and 3.5 casing. The well casing is plumbed up above ground and has a wellhead tree in place. The 3.5 casing is rusted through at the 8.625 to 3.5 packing seals. The previous owner has installed a line clamp on the 3.5 casing leak. The well is currently leaking natural gas from around the line clamp and the 3.5 to 1.5 packing seals. There is a 2 flow line plumbed from the wellhead to the tank battery. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. There are no overhead obstructions above the tank battery or the well. The well is easily accessed from a previous lease road. |
1945799456 | 2012-02-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | I had requested operator to confirm that well was shut in correctly. This well continues to leak natural gas. I was on site to take pictures of the well site. |
2103023664 | 2012-07-17 | Orphan | No Violations | My inspection this day found the following: The well is idle. The well is leaking at the hammer union between the 1.5 inch tubing and the production casing. There is one 210 barrel production casing, a 50 barrel tank and a mechincal separator on location. While walking back to the truck from the location, two boards with screws in them where located. Each board had multiple screws in it with 1.5 inch of screw exposed. I contacted the land owner and asked if he had set ATV booby traps. He stated that he did not. I informed him that I will remove the boards for him. |
