0030506763 2017-07-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump-jack system and associated tank battery in an otherwise wooded area along the Grand River. Fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage. The areas around the wellhead and battery had grown with advanced amounts of vegetation. I contacted the well tender (Pierre Delafransico) about the need for maintenance. He indicated that he would tend to it as soon as possible. The shared-use access to the well and battery was rutted severely in places but passable.

1046255654 2018-06-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I found the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery. The fittings and connections were secure and free from leaks or problems. I noted that the well was shut-in and not in active production. There was no active chart record. According to a review of production records, the well had not been produced since at least 2015. I contacted a representative of the well owner (Cindi Moore) regarding the status of the well. She reported that there was a plan to return the well to productive status being formulated.
1255329471 2014-10-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead and tank battery are located on an remote parcel on the east side of the Grand River. The surrounding area is mostly overgrown with wild vegetation. The well is producing and the production records are current. The pump jack shows some age and wear but appears functional. The tank battery system is aged with generalized rusting of the tank exteriors, valves and piping, but is intact and free from leaking or sings of spills or other problems.
1276647548 2004-09-15 Production Wells Violations Noted complaint of oil on ground near well. On site found oil not at well casing but in tank battery at seperator line

leak had been fixed oil absorbent on area of oil called company to get cleaned up

1303065099 2018-11-29 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumping unit and not in production. The well was partially fenced and located in a wooded area adjacent to the Grand River. The tank battery was comprised of one 210 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Legible identification was located at the tank battery. Lease access was stable. I spoke with well tender Pierre Delafranconi regarding well production. Production for 2016 and 2017 have been submitted as zero. Mr. Delafranconi stated that the well was going to go back into production, within the 1st quarter of 2019.
1434643548 2013-08-29 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a production wellhead with pumpjack and aboveground storage tank battery. The battery includes one steel 100-barrel production tank and in-ground brine unit, and separator. The battery and wellhead are enclosed in chain-link fences which are missing large sections. The wellhead is significantly overgrown with weeds. The unit ID is present at the battery but is not readable. The pumping unit is missing ID. I did not observe any problems or signs of spills or leakage. I contacted Allied about the need for ID.
1530157637 2012-11-28 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I could not locate the wellhead. The TB consists of 1 210-bbl production tank, and a mechanical separator, enclosed in a 6-foot fence. The spacing is in accordance with the rule. The fence is in disrepair. The tank battery dike is adequate. Unit ID is good. The TB gate needs locked. I called Cindy Moore of Allied Oil Field Serv., regarding the need for a gate lock, locks on the load-outs, fence repair . Cindy indicated that repairs would begin as soon as possible.
