The well and battery are located on a parcel utilized for agricultural purposes. Access to the well and battery is via a shared-use farm road that enters from Middle Ridge Road. At the time of this inspection I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated battery. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure with the following exception: the 0.25-inch copper swage fitting at the flow control unit was leaking gas. I notified well tender Matt Sisson about the leak. The battery was comprised of one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 140-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit in a chain-link enclosure. Fittings and connections at the battery were secure. I noted that the area of the 210-barrel tank around the load-out was severely corroded and at risk of leakage or failure. I also notified the well owner of this condition. I walked the interior area of the battery and areas surrounding both the well and the battery. I did not observe any signs or evidence of spills, leaks, or degradation relating to the production system or activity. |

The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production at the time of this inspection. The tank battery was comprised of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. There was a domestic line plumbed off the separator with a regulator and pop-off valve. The diked and fenced battery was shared with well 2-0859. No leaks were observed at the well or tank battery. Legible identification was present at the well and tank battery and the lease access was stable. |
