0762350581	2016-12-28	UrbanProduction Wells	No Violations	I inspected this well location as pert of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, the well was located in a small clearing wihtin a heavily wooded parcel. Access to the well is via an unpaved road which was densely overgrown. The wellhead was surrounded by dense, tall, grassy vegetation. The wellhead was comprised of 8.625-inch surface casing and 4.5-inch casing with plunger-lift system. There was no other production appurtenances or equipment , and no tank battery. I contacted Dave Harker with Excalibur Exploration, Inc. (Excalibur) to inquire about the future plans for the well. Dave indicated that Excalibur is working to plug idle wells in an incremental fashion, and this well is slated to be plugged, or otherwise sold to the landowner, as funds permit.
