1095709871 2004-01-09 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations rig drill at 2100. No violation at site.
1419523659 2012-11-28 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The unit consists of a pumpjack unit in a 6-foor fenced enclosure. The TB consists of 2 210-bbl tanks, and mechanical separator, enclosed in a 6-foot fence. The spacing is in accordance with the rule. The tank battery dike is missing almost completely. Unit ID is absent.. I called Cindy Moore of Allied Oil Field Serv., regarding the need for dike repair and ID. She indicated that this unit is going to be plugged and abandoned.
1459970206 2016-04-06 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location for inspection during plugging and abandonment activity being conducted by Nicks Well Plugging Service. At the time of this inspection, the pump jack system and sucker rods have been removed from the wellhead. Crews were blowing down the residual well pressure. After blow-down the well was stable. Plugging activities were executed as described in the associated report of plugging and abandonment dated 04/06/2016.
1470686662 2016-07-01 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected this well location as part of evaluation for the completion of Final Restoration requirements. At the time of this inspecton, I met at the location with Mr. Scott Forster, VP of Hardy Realty, LLC., owner of the property. The former well location has been graded and restored to match the surrounding grade and conditions. The former tank battery location has been restored. The former flowline has been evacuated and abandoned in place, with Form 5 waiver on file. Mr. Forster indicated that they are satisfied with the site restoration. Final Restoraiton has been completed.
1753439575 2014-10-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead and tank battery are located on within a gated industrial facility and the end of Hardy Rd. The well is producing and the production records are current. The pump jack shows some age and wear but appears functional. I did not observe any signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The tank battery system is aged and decayed in places. The secondary containment is missing on the east side of the battery. The load out on the southern-most 100-barrel tank is leaking brine from the bull-plugged fitting. I advised Allied about the minor leak.
