0265741292 | 2014-09-30 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The producing unit is currently comprised of a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system in a locked chain-link enclosure, and tank battery is separate chain-link enclosure. The battery is currently shared with the #2-1809 and #2-1820 units (located in Geauga Co.). The well is currently producing. I did not observe any signs of leaks or problems. The associated tank battery is free from signs of leaks, spills or other problems. |

1490021411 | 2017-03-20 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I insepcted this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of ths inspection, I observed the folowing: a wellhead and associated tank battery located in a rural area, on an otherwise undeveloped parel consisting chiefly of rolling woodland and upland meadows. Access to the wellhead was afforded by a gravel-paved access road that enters from SR 6 and travels north, past the shared tank battery, and provides access to the following wells: #2018-09, #2-1819, and #2-1820. The wellhead was comprised of a plunger-lift system, not enclosed. The access road to the wellhead has become overgrown in some areas but is passable. The associated tank battery was comprised of three 100-barrel steel stock tanks, and two 1,000-gallon plastic brine tanks. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. I noted that the load-line valves were plugged but not secure with locks. I met with well tender Bill Smith at the location and we discussed the need for locks at the load-lines. He indicated that the locks would be fixed within the the week. |
1784164063 | 2013-10-22 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank and 1 50-barrel brine tank, separator unit, and Dominion metering run. The wellhead and battery are both enclosed in separate board-on-board fences. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The ID and secondary containment are good. The unit is fitted with carbon canister, low-pressure relief valve, bad spark arrestor. Gates are locked. Lease road is in good condition and areas impacted by drilling have been restored. No problems noted and passes preliminary restoration. |
