0226712599 | 2017-08-01 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead and battery are in a clearing on the east side of the gold course. The fittings and connections were secure with the following exception: the load-line valves were not locked. The area was otherwise free from signs of problems or leakage. The areas surrounding the well and battery were comprised of grassy vegetation. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impact or degradation to the natural greenscape. I contacted David Hill about the need for locks and he indicated that it would be taken care of ASAP. |

1247463793 | 2015-03-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected the producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located on the east side before the main clubhouse. The wellhead and battery are located in separate chain-link enclosures. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery are secure and free from signs of leakage or other problems. The load-out is plugged and secure but needs a lock. Evaluation of drainage and other surficial features is limited due to snow cover. I notified the well tender regarding the need for a lock. I did not observe any evidence of impact relating to on-going production activity. |
1373914267 | 2013-07-15 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The producing unit consists of a wellhead and mechanical plunger-lift unit and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery with one steel 140-barrel production tank, one steel 20-barrel brine tank, mechanical separator, and metering run.. The unit ID is present and meets requirements. The loadouts are locked. The battery secondary containment is good. The wellhead and battery are in separate chain-link enclosures. Safety equipment is present in accordance with 1501:9-9-05E. I did not observe any evidence of leakage or spills. |
1602500420 | 2016-01-26 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located within the confines of the Painesville Country Club. Access to the battery is afforded by a short, unpaved access road. The well is located farther to the east, along an unpaved access road which has become mostly overgrown. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift system, a tank battery comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tan, one 40-barrel poly brine tank, and separator. The well and battery were in separate chain-link enclosures and were locked and secure. The load-outs were bull-plugged and secure. Secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas surrounding both the wellhead and tank battery and did not observe any evidence of impact or problems associated with the production activity. |
