0643025508 | 2017-04-17 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: the dedicated-gravel-paved lease road was dry, well drained and passable. The areas surrounding the wellhead and battery were comprised of meadow grass and other wild vegetation, with piles of debris and other material storage presumed to be from the existing landowner. The wellhead and tank battery were in separate, wooden enclosures. I noted the following deficiencies: the battery enclosure was partially missing. I notified Alliance about the need for maintenance at the enclosure. |
0657463028 | 2014-08-07 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 02/03/2006. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger-lift system. The wellhead and battery are located in a wooded area south of I-90, and adjacent to residential homes to the south . The well and battery are accessed via a dedicated access road, which travels east from River Road. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel low-boy production tank, 1 25-barrel poly brine tank, and horizontal separator. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The wellhead and battery are in separate, wooden stockade-style fence enclosures. Portions of the battery enclosure are missing. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and wellhead. Process safety equipment (low-pressure relief valve, carbon filter, and spark arrestor) is present. No problems requiring attention at the time of this inspection. |
