0746467134 | 2019-01-14 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production, at the time of this inspection. The well was located within the fenced tank battery location. The tank battery was comprised of one 100 BBL tank, one 25 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart on the sales line showed production. The 100 BBL tank was equipped with a spark arrestor, correct lids and hatches. A charcoal filter was plumbed off the vent stack of the production tank. The tank battery was fenced and locked with legible identification. The lease access was stable. |

1296572528 | 2011-01-04 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Preliminary restoration meets all requirements. |
1314794415 | 2011-08-31 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | Fencing, ID, dike in compliance. Lightning arrestor and charcoal filter installed. Vent hatches installed and closed. Feedlines are bullplugged. Site passes Preliminary Restoration. |
1502637671 | 2017-02-09 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated tank battery. The production elements were co-located in a chain-link enclosure which was locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from signs of spills, leakage, or other problems. The secondary containment was intact. The production system is located within a commercial gravel and aggregate mining and storage facility. Areas to the south and west have been mined and there is a significant cut-bank near the well. There is a significant topographic drop-off to the east. I walked the areas surrounding the well and found no erosional deficits or signs of degradation. Access to the well is afforded by an unpaved path through the facility which is shared with the facility for parking and materials storage. Access to the well and battery at the time of this inspection was unimpeded and from problems. |
