The well is located in the back yard area of a single-family home. At the time of this inspection, the well is buried under the lawn and not visible. At the time of this inspection, I did not detect any meter-detectable gas or gas odors. The grass above the well is stressed in spots. The current landowner does not report any gas odors. |

The landowner stated that the well was covered by her husband for saftey reasons. Previous reports and pictures show the well is in a vault and consists of a 3 bolt head on top of the 6 inch casing. There is a 1 line plumbed off of the casing to a closed valve. The well is easily accessed from Lincoln Rd. |
