The well is not connected to any lines. No lines have been ran to the well. The valves are corroded shut. The well is located in a pasture field with easy access to the well from the road.

John said that he sent a letter asking for an extension on the NOV to Joe Hoerst. John said that it is not cost effective to produce the well due to the low price that he is getting for gas right now. He also stated that it is hard to get a rig down there. I told John that I will follow up with Joe to see what action is taken.

The casing condition can be confirmed if the volume of water pumped behind the wiper plug and the depth of the wiper plug match. 36 bbls water pumped. Tag wiper plug at 2057. Allowing for 10.5 lb 4.5 casing at 2080 X .0159 should take 33 bbls to pump plug to 2080.

Circulate water to surface. Pump surface plug 322 to surface. Cement returns to surface. After pumping stopped cement fell back 30. Top off with cement from surface to 6 of surface. Ran out of cement. Cement fell to 20.
1353841575 2009-11-04 Final Restoration No Violations Pit is filled in. Site graded. Seed and mulch applied. Grass is growing. A small plastic tank is on site. The drip and some steel line is still on location. I have contacted Craig Ross (Equity Contractor) and the tank is his and he is going to remove it. He will remove the drip and line. During the inspection it was observed that some one has driven a car through the restoration site. The tire tracks are a narrow car tread pattern. This action resulted in a slight rut 1.5 deep by 8 wide by 20 long, the vegetation did not seem to be disturbed by the activity.
