0862524270 2018-08-08 Production Wells Violations Noted My inspection revealed the well consists of a pumping unit and pumps into a common tank battery that consists of 4-210 barrel tanks. The identification was placed at the well. The identification required on the tank battery was listed as well numbers not API numbers. I spoke with the pumper and told him the permit numbers that pump into this tank battery must be legibly applied to the tank battery.
