They took their water truck to the site and hauled 1.5 loads from the excavation. I talked to Jim Ross and told him to remove all contaminated soil and take it to an approved landfill.

All brine impacted soil from the leaking injection line has been excavated and piled over the pit that was used to mitigate the leak and capture brine. A tarp was placed over the pile of dirt. On Friday 7/19/2013, the contractor will remove the impacted soil dumping it in a Rumpke roll off container to be disposed of in their landfill on State Route 32 southeast of Wellston.
