1299988832 2013-01-03 Production Wells No Violations Passed this well during the continued bimonthly inspection and monitoring injection and annulus pressures on ERP wells in Enervests Greasy Ridge Field with Jon Scott. The electric line is still on the ground around the wellhead and the electric junction box is open to the elements. Took photos and again talked to operator about this potentially hazardous condition. They did correct the oscillating motion on the pumping units foundation when pump head moving.
1349377505 2012-10-03 Production Wells Violations Noted While conducting UIC inspection on Enervests ERP field with Jon Scott we found this producing wells electrical box was open, the support and box were leaning over and wire connections were exposed. This may eventually lead to someone being electrocuted or start a possible electrical fire that eventually may have involved the pump jack and the trees. While we were examining this situation we noticed this wells support of the pump jack was moving while operating. Talked to Jim Ross at the site on 10/04/2012 about this and other issues.
