The well was not found using coordinates from RBDMS. A plug permit was reissued on 5/10/2005. The last year for reported commercial production was 2004. It appears that this well has been plugged. There are no reports indicating that this well has been plugged. The well owner will be notified and will need to fill out a plug report and have it notarized if the well has been plugged.
