1395197706 | 2019-03-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well to refer it to the Orphan Program. The well consists of undetermined size casing and 2 inch tubing. The tubing has a 2 inch tee fitting at the top of the tubing which was open to the atmosphere. I observed a one inch metal line connected to the casing head. This line was equipped with two valves. After the second valve the metal line changes to plastic where it enters the ground and is buried. I also observed a second one inch line connected to the casing head that is equipped with a valve but was not connected to any flow lines. I observed various oil and gas debris in the area of this well. I observed two 100 barrel tanks on the property. One of the tanks appeared to have spilled oil over the top of the tank. I observed oil contamination on the ground approximately as far as 5 feet from the tank. The oil was dry and weathered. |
