The valves on both pumping tee and casing side of well were open. A gauge observed on casing side showed 395 psi. Snow cover at time of inspection.

2012356198 2015-06-02 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The well is equipt with a motor and a pumping unit, and is capable of producion. Valves were open at the time of inspection. The pumping unit has been painted orange and green in color. All drilling equiptment and debris has been removed from well site and pits have been filled. Vegetation surrounding the wellhead has been restored and the well is located within a meadow. Identification can be found at both the well head and the tank battery. The tank battery consists of three 100 barrel tanks (two painted silver, one painted red) within an earthen dike. Preliminary restoration passes.
