It is producing into a common tank battery that is shared with well 1872. Proper identification needs to be posted at the tank battery. I called Gary Nethers to inform him of this. He indicated that Greg McDonald was the pumper of the well. No other violations noted this date.
0555407026 2014-02-26 Production Wells No Violations This inspection was conducted as a compliance follow-up to Will Zieglers NOV dated 4/22/2010. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and motor. It was not pumping during inspection. The tank battery consists of (4) 100 barrel tanks. This is a shared tank battery with p# 1872. Identification was not posted at the tank battery or wellhead. The well owner will be notified of this inspection and will be advised to post proper identification.
