1253931603 2018-07-12 Plug / Plug Back No Violations According to Harold Donaker when this well was drilled the tools were lost in the hole. The well was then plugged back to a water well and the rig was skidded approximately 20 feet due west to the Sands #2-A API#1989 well. The water well is enclosed within a 6 ft x 6 ft cinder block dike and is covered with a tarp. Mr. Donaker said that the landowner uses the water well for the farm. Time of inspection: 11:35 AM.
