Division of Oil and Gas records show this is a Clinton Sandstone well drilled to a depth of 2341. Division records show the following casing size and depth(s). 8 at 79, 6 5/8 at 635, 5 1/2 at 2,286. Well is leaking natural gas (sweet gas) through the 2 tubing and registered 11 LEL with a Sperian gas meter. Keith Wills of Tren Mor Investments & Development Inc., is the land owner and he plans to develop this site for residential housing. Steve took us to the well. Well is in the woods on the west end of the property. The GPS coordinates for this well are N40.11349,W-82.5269. The GPS coordinates for the entrance right of way are N40.11314,W-82.51852. Photos(4) were taken. |

New entrance point of GPS N40.11267, W082.51852 called Sulwen Lane. This lane is a paved road that ends in a cul-de-sac at GPS N40.11354, W082.52405. This road splits the property West by East and has building sites located on both sides of this road. West of the cul-de-sac is a storm water retention pond that empties into a rock channel that goes downhill to the creek. Creek is unnamed and is part of the Dry Creek tributary. The abandoned Clinton well in the woods is approximately 60 feet South of the Rock channel. The well is still leaking sweet gas from the hose clamps on the 2 tubing. Twenty three (23) additional photos taken. If equipment access to this well is through this road off Sulwen Lane the original sketch and access will need to be changed. Access would depart from the cul-de-sac area and continue West on the South side of the retention pond dike. This would continue down the South side of the rock channel dike to the well. Accessing by this route would eliminate having to cross across the rock channel ditch. This will depend on any further construction and what access entry is desired by the property owner. |

This acreage belongs to Trenmor Investments & Development Incorporated. New homes have been built on lot(s) 4 and 12. Lot 87 which is the right of entry access to this well has a sale pending RE/MAX realtor sign and the buried electric line has been marked. There are a couple of wooden stakes with survey pins. The well is still leaking natural gas (sweet) from the 2 tubing. The well casings were measured using casing calipers. There is 27 inches of 8.625 diameter casing exposed above ground level. This casing has a 8 inside diameter. The 5.5 diameter casing is at the same height and has been split and banana peeled outward. There is a rubber swage set on what appears to be compression on the inside top of the 5.5 diameter casing. The 2 tubing extends thru this 5 inches to a Tee where the 2 production line came off the well head. The top of the Tee has 3.25 inches of tubing with a patch and 2 hose clamps. This is where the well is leaking natural gas. This tubing top connects to a high pressure 2 gate valve. There is 2 tubing that goes to another Tee where the 1 line came off for domestic use. The total height of the well head apparatus is 6 . I took 5 photos. |

I met Keith Wills at site along with DOGRM Manager Gene Chini, and Ben Harpster. This property is being developed for a housing project. The lot farthest west and south has been sold and is ready for construction. This lot was the previous right of entry into the well site. Mr. Wills showed us where the right of way will access the well. He will have his workers flag off the area so that our survey team can map it out. This area is in the middle of the two end lots and goes west towards the retention pond. Access will then go south of the pond and follow the edge along the rock channel to the well. We walked down to the well site. The well is still leaking sweet gas from the same patched area in the 2 tubing. Gene Chini will send Mr. Wills a copy of the current Contractor list. I left Mr. Wills a blank copy of a right of entry plug application form for the new property owner to complete. |

This would allow access without going across the end lots with the new homes. Trenmor kept a 100 foot right of way on the south side of the building lots. This lot 9 could also be sold in the future.
