1025739817 2012-07-25 Production Wells No Violations Arrived at well location to witness the plugging and abandonment of alleged Ives wells owned by Gary Nethers father, Donnie. Mr. Nathan Nethers service rig was on location with clay pile. A GPS reading of the wellbore confirmed this was not the alleged well. Records showed this well was referred to as Hutchinson and actually owned by Ronald Moran and no plug permit had been issued. This location was also verified with Central Office. Mr. Nethers was instructed not to plug and abandon said well.
