0131821895 2018-10-10 Final Restoration No Violations My inspection revealed that the restoration has not been completed. I observed casing, tubing, rods, and flow line at the well location. The 100 barrel tank has not been removed. I also observed wooden electric poles and electric line. The landowner has recently cut timber on his property. I observed that some trees and limbs have been dropped on the casing and tubing. I contacted Jim Neumeyer at 9:20 AM and discussed the restoration. Mr. Neumeyer said he has Clint Poling scheduled to work on the restoration this coming weekend. Time of inspection: 9:00 AM. Weather: 69 degrees F, Sunny

The well location and lease road will need to be graded and have vegetation established once the weather allows for it. Jim Neumeyer has told me in the past that the landowner would sign a waiver for the lease road and metal flow line. Jim Neumeyer has informed me he is waiting for ground conditions to improve to haul the tank, pipe, and pumping unit from the property.
