Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1206974231 2008-03-24 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations I inspected the well location today at the request of real estate agent Tom Robd. The land is being sold and Tom Robd wanted to verify that all wells have been plugged. Records indicate that this well is still production status. After inspection of the well location it was determined that the well may have been plugged. The old well location was identified but there was no well present and all production equipment has been removed. Vegetation has taken over the area. I will attempt to contact company and obtain a plugging report.
2066201403 2014-04-16 Final Restoration No Violations This inspection was conducted as a final restoration status check. The well has been plugged. Inspection meets ORC 1509.072 requirements.
