A 2 inch metal line was observed going from the well location to the north where it crosses the Licking River. I observed two 100 barrel tanks that have not been removed. An inspection of the well revealed that the casing has not been cut down below grade and attached with an identification plate. The well owner will also need to fill in the drilling pit next to the well or leave it by having the landowner sign a landowner waiver. The well owner shall finish the final restoration within 15 days to be in compliance. 12 photos were taken of the well location. I contacted Jim Neumeyer of R.H. I received a signed waiver on 7/13/2018 from the landowner waiving the closing of the drilling pit, removing some of the flow line that cant be recovered, and establishing vegetation on the lease road.
