The well was covered in vegetation and did not show signs of recent production. The tank battery consists of (1) 210 barrel tank and (1) 100 barrel tank. The tank battery was also covered in vegetation. I advised the well owner Mr. Sean Gartner that the wells shall plugged or placed into production. According to RBDMS records the last year for reported commercial production was 1988. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Brandon Mitchell at 5880 Memory Road Zanesville, Ohio 43701-9553 within 30 days, per ORC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days.
